Build Synergy was founded by company Director Steve Rees (BSC, MCIOB) a Chartered Construction Manager with over 20 years Management experience in the construction industry. Steve has gained valuable experience with some of the worlds largest construction companies and in recent years has also developed a passion for helping with the growth of smaller businesses within the industry. Coming from a Project Management background Steve has a strong operational background but blends his industry domain experience with a passion for the commercial and strategic elements of business and a strong business acumen.
